Job summary

Johanson Technology Inc. is seeking an IT Systems Specialist to deliver end-user technical support and troubleshoot hardware/software across the organization.

You will manage Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint, and assist with backups, deployments, and remote support while documenting solutions for future reference. This role requires on-site work in Camarillo, CA and a strong IT foundation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years IT support with Microsoft 365 and troubleshooting Outlook/Word/Excel.
• 2+ years hardware troubleshooting and component replacement.
• 1+ year configuring TCP/IP networked devices.
• 1+ year installing and troubleshooting Windows 10/11.
• 1+ year configuring apps on iOS and Android.
• Experience documenting support activities and solutions.

Responsibilities

• Manage Entra ID users, Exchange Online mailboxes, and SharePoint permissions.
• Assist senior IT staff with purchases, updates, backups, and server maintenance.
• Follow IT documentation to ensure accurate task completion.
• Handle daily/weekly/monthly duties including backups and ticket resolution.
• Support IT service rollouts, decommissioning projects, and infra changes.
• Install/configure network devices including printers, VOIP phones, switches.
• Deploy Ethernet cabling from patch panels to devices.
• Configure VPN client software and provide remote support.
• Coordinate onboarding/offboarding with HR and managers.
• Maintain IT asset inventory and training materials in Hudu, M365, Teams.
• Diagnose factory machines and legacy Windows systems.
