Job summary

Kintegra Health is seeking an on-site Information Systems Analyst to maintain and support all IT equipment, including computers, networking, and telephony across Camden facilities. The role includes hardware/software setup, ticket handling, backups, documentation, and ensuring reliable IT operations.

Travel to other clinics may be required; strong problem solving, communication, and familiarity with Windows environments are essential. A two-year tech degree or equivalent is required.

Qualifications

• Three years minimum maintaining and supporting Windows-based computers, networks, and apps; five years preferred.
• Five years general computer installation, maintenance, and repair experience.
• Experience with FreshService ticketing system is a plus.
• A two-year tech degree or equivalent experience is required.
• A+ certification knowledge is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for PCs, printers, and network infrastructure.
• Perform installation and modification of PCs.
• Carry out basic network administration tasks.
• Manage PC and data backups and migrations.
• Maintain an accurate inventory of computers and hardware supplies.
• Create and maintain documentation for IT processes and procedures.
• Assist the IT Service team with phone support when needed.
