HealthNet Aeromedical Services is seeking an IT Systems & Network Analyst to provide hands-on support for servers, networks, endpoints, and databases under the IT Manager. The role includes helpdesk duties (approx.

30%), systems administration, cabling, and infrastructure projects, with travel to various bases and facilities. The position requires a Bachelor's degree in IT, 3+ years of IT support or admin experience, and certifications such as CompTIA A+/Network+/Security+ or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from an accredited institution.
• 3+ years of information technology support or systems/network administration experience.
• Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and firewall administration.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary helpdesk technician and first point of contact; manage tickets and user support.
• Administer Windows Servers, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP; perform backups and maintenance tasks.
• Perform cabling, fieldwork, and install network equipment; travel to bases and facilities as needed.
• Coordinate projects with IT Manager; deploy hardware and software; document procedures and networks.
• Work evenings/weekends for maintenance windows; provide on-call support as required.
