Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in IT network and device management.
• Proficient in TCP/IP LAN/WAN concepts and PC/Mac hardware.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.
• Bachelor's or technical degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Set up, install, manage, document, and maintain LAN and resources.
• Manage inventory of IT devices end-to-end and ensure license compliance.
• Install and support computers, tablets, mobile devices, and network hardware.
• Perform diagnostic testing and repairs of devices and peripherals.
• Maintain system security and software at workstation level.
• Train users on new technology as needed.
• Assist on special projects and remote users.
