Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitors and supports the information technology and systems infrastructures.
• Conducts moderately complex analysis including planning, designing, and evaluating a variety of information technology tools.
• Responds to user requests for system needs and upgrades as needed.
• Troubleshoots and resolves complex problems with minimal supervision.
• Implements standards for computer operations and ensures hardware-software compatibility.
• Administers, runs tests on, and maintains operating systems and related software.
• Performs root cause analysis and monitors production systems.
• Identifies opportunities for process improvements with the team.
• Creates and maintains systems documentation and user guides.
