Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
4-6 years of experience in information technology, systems administration or other IT related field.

Responsibilities

Monitors and supports the IT and systems infrastructures.
Conducts moderately complex analysis planning, designing, and evaluating IT tools.
Serves as back up to respond to user requests for system needs and upgrades.
Troubleshoots and resolves complex problems with little supervision.
Administers and maintains operating systems and related software.
Schedules, performs, and monitors system backups and data recoveries.
Performs root cause analysis and monitoring on production systems.
Identifies opportunities for process improvements with team members.
Creates and maintains technical systems documentation and user guides.
