Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
- 4–6 years of experience in information technology, systems administration or related field.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems and products (Windows, Windows Server, Office365, SharePoint, Teams).
Responsibilities
- Monitors and supports the information technology and systems infrastructures.
- Conducts moderately complex analysis including planning, designing, and evaluating IT tools.
- Troubleshoots and resolves complex problems with little supervision.
- Implements standards for computer operations and maintains operating system software.
