Job summary

UZURV is hiring an IT Support Engineer in Richmond, VA to support core systems, troubleshoot issues, and manage user accounts. You will work with Google Workspace, SSO, and endpoint protection, delivering fast help to staff in a dynamic, growth‑oriented environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years IT administration or systems support in a hybrid or multi-site environment.
• Hands-on experience troubleshooting MacBooks.
• Experience with IT ticketing systems (Zendesk, Jira or similar).
• Familiarity with Google Workspace, SAML/SSO, and endpoint protection tools.
• Experience with MDM/EDR and IT asset management.
• Knowledge of Wi‑Fi, VPN, routers and switches.

Responsibilities

• Manage Core IT Systems including Google Workspace, SSO, and ED/EDR tools.
• Provide responsive desktop support and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
• Handle user administration: accounts, devices, and asset inventory.
• Oversee ticketing workflows using Zendesk or similar systems.
• Ensure IT security and compliance through device encryption and protection tools.
• Perform maintenance, updates, and preventive upkeep of systems and peripherals.
• Document and maintain technical guides and troubleshooting resources.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify recurring issues and drive solutions.
• Stay up to date with new software and IT best practices.
