Qualifications

• 3–5 years IT administration or systems support in a hybrid or multi‑site environment.
• Hands‑on experience troubleshooting MacBooks.
• Experience with IT ticketing systems (Zendesk, Jira or similar).
• Experience with Google Workspace, SAML/SSO, and endpoint protection tools (CrowdStrike, SentinelOne).

Responsibilities

• Administer Google Workspace, SAML/SSO integrations, and EDR tools.
• Deliver responsive desktop support and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
• Set up, modify, and deactivate user accounts; configure and deploy new laptops; maintain accurate IT asset inventory.
• Utilize Zendesk to log, track, and manage support requests.
• Manage device encryption, endpoint protection, and light information security duties.
• Execute routine system updates, patching, and preventive maintenance for computers and peripherals.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, user guides, and troubleshooting resources; partner with cross‑functional teams to identify recurring issues and propose long‑term solutions.
• Keep current with new software, emerging technologies, and best practices in IT systems management.
