Zones is seeking a highly skilled IT Systems Administrator & Workplace Migration Specialist to lead a company-wide migration from Microsoft 365 to Google Workspace. This role centers on architecting, executing cutovers, and minimizing downtime while preventing data loss across emails, calendars, and cloud storage.
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with cloud tenant architectures, complex email routing, secure data pipelines, and change management, and will own the migration roadmap
Formación
- Audit M365, map users, mailboxes, aliases, permissions.
- Design Google Workspace tenant with OUs, shared drives, and security policies.
- Create a phased migration roadmap with pilot group.
Responsabilidades
- Configure and execute migration pipelines using Google tools or trusted third-party tools.
- Manage user and folder mapping, transfer emails, calendars, contacts, and files to Google Drive.
- Identify, remediate edge cases like oversized attachments or nested folders.
- Temporarily adjust EWS throttling policies to maximize data throughput during transfers.
