Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Lead Systems Administrator to oversee daily operations of a fast-paced internal IT environment. You will be the primary point of contact for employee technology support, managing provisioning, onboarding, offboarding, and endpoint support.

The role covers cloud operations, IT security support, and infrastructure improvements. The position is onsite 4x week and offers a salary of $80,000 per year, with responsibilities spanning Google Workspace, Slack, and Google Cloud

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in IT or a related field.
4–6 years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or a hands-on IT role.
Strong knowledge of Google Workspace and Slack administration and user management.
Solid understanding of Google Cloud Platform, IAM, and resource monitoring.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of a fast-paced internal IT environment.
Serve as primary point of contact for employee technology support.
Manage provisioning, onboarding and offboarding, and endpoint support.
Support cloud operations and drive infrastructure improvements and business continuity.
