The candidate will own Gmail/Google Workspace administration, manage sending domains, authentication controls, and mail routing, while collaborating across Security, IT, and DevOps to support new mail streams and migrations.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 4+ years of hands-on email experience, with ownership of email infrastructure.
• 2+ years of experience administering Google Workspace at an administrative level, including familiarity with Gmail operations and email-related settings. This role operates within the appropriate administrative privileges but does not own the overall Google Workspace environment.
• Proven experience working with managed DNS, email authentication, SMTP, mail flow, reputation management, bounce handling, and deliverability troubleshooting.
• Ability to explain technical risk clearly, prioritize competing requests, and build reliable documentation and processes.

Aufgaben

• Support email operations in Gmail/Workspace with mail-routing and integration workflows.
• Configure and maintain enterprise email infrastructure, including sending domains and mail routing.
• Own sender authority and authentication controls (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) and document standards.
• Partner with deliverability specialists to monitor delivery and investigate failures.
• Collaborate with Security, IT, and DevOps on mail stream setups and migrations.
• Improve monitoring and reporting of throughput and bounces with automation.
• Prioritize email infrastructure requests balancing business needs and risk.
• Coordinate changes across teams using Jira and Slack.
