Job summary

Uniting Holding is looking for an IT Specialist to ensure smooth operations at its Draper facility. This role focuses on maintaining devices, troubleshooting issues, and supporting a range of IT functions.

The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of related experience, a degree in IT, and be familiar with both Mac and Windows platforms. You'll be vital in enhancing the efficiency of IT support operations using innovative solutions, ensuring both employees and customers have optimal experiences.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of experience in a helpdesk, IT support, or related role.
• Familiarity with MDM platforms for managing devices.
• Working knowledge of identity and access management tools.
• Basic network troubleshooting skills across wired and wireless environments.
• Clear communication with non-technical employees.
• Self-directed and organized.

Responsibilities

• Provision, configure, and maintain Mac and Windows devices.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues across employee fleet.
• Set up workstations for new hires and office configurations.
• Diagnose and resolve connectivity issues.
• Manage user provisioning across systems.
