Job summary

Human Interest is seeking an on-site IT Support Specialist in Utah to provide Tier 2/3 technical support for our expanding internal user base. You will help manage and deploy internal IT services and contribute ideas to improve processes.

The role requires 3–5 years in internal IT, strong Mac OS skills, and experience with MDM/RMM tools and identity management. Jointly, you will support onsite devices and work with a proactive, AI-first mindset.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in internal IT or related field.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Expert level Mac OS experience with advanced troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, investigate and resolve technical incidents.
• Provide Tier 2/3 support and procurement for internal apps.
• Document tasks and create repeatable processes for the IT team.
• Architect systems, user flows and solutions as needed.
