Job summary

AdeptID is hiring a Senior IT Support Specialist to be the hands-on point for technology across the company. You will resolve escalated issues for employees in the office and remotely, set up and manage Mac and Windows devices, administer cloud productivity and identity tools, and keep documentation current so problems get fixed quickly.

You will work closely with the IT Manager on a growing team and use modern AI tools daily to speed up tasks.

Qualifications

Five-plus years in IT support or help desk
Ability to explain technical issues to non-technical colleagues
Hands-on experience supporting macOS and Windows
Experience administering cloud services (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365) and Entra ID; managing devices with MDM such as Intune
Working knowledge of TCP/IP networking and common office hardware

Responsibilities

Provide first-line and escalated IT support for hardware, software, accounts, and access
Set up and deliver equipment for new hires; collect devices from departing staff
Support Mac and Windows devices integrated with Google Workspace and Microsoft 365; manage via Intune
Manage user accounts, groups, and access; enforce MFA and password management
Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN, printers, and meeting room tech; coordinate with vendors as needed
Lead small IT projects like rollout of equipment and software updates; report on tickets
Maintain device inventory and assist in security/compliance audits
