Job summary

Drake is seeking an on-site IT professional for the Tehachapi Plant to maintain reliable technology infrastructure and deliver end-user support. You will coordinate with Corporate IT on cybersecurity, enterprise applications, and technology projects while ensuring business continuity.

The role requires hands-on management of Windows/M365, AD, networking, and SAP in a manufacturing environment, with a focus on uptime and user satisfaction at the Tehachapi facility.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
• 3-5 years IT support in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Experience with SAP or ERP systems preferred.
• Proficiency in Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365; networking fundamentals.
• Ability to work on-site and coordinate with Corporate IT.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line IT support for Tehachapi Plant employees.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, and printers.
• Manage Windows, M365, AD accounts, and security policies.
• Maintain local network and coordinate with Corporate IT.
• Support SAP and other plant applications.
• Create user guides and documentation for end users.
• Provide after-hours support for critical issues.
