Job summary

Universal Steel is seeking a Junior IT Support Specialist to maintain and troubleshoot our technical systems and support daily IT operations. You will handle hands-on IT support, hardware management, and grow into progressively more advanced work, with AI tools used from day one.

Responsibilities include first- and second-line support for hardware, software, and network issues; tracking IT inventory; administering Google Workspace; and maintaining troubleshooting docs and backup procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 2–3+ years IT support experience.
• Proficient in Windows and macOS troubleshooting.
• Experience with Google Workspace and basic networking.
• Fluent English; Korean proficiency required.
• Comfort with AI assistants for drafting and debugging.

Responsibilities

• Provide first- and second-line IT support for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Track and manage IT equipment inventory.
• Administer Google Workspace at account and user level.
• Maintain troubleshooting docs and assist with backups and maintenance.
• Support dashboards in Google Data Studio.
• Leverage AI tools to speed up troubleshooting and scripting.
