Job summary

Uniti Group Inc. is seeking an IT Technical Support Specialist to assist internal customers and manage software installations, configuration, and connectivity.

The role requires handling hardware, software, and network issues in a fast-paced environment and delivering outstanding customer service. The ideal candidate will have an associate degree in a technical field, at least 5 years of related experience (Bachelor’s may substitute).

Qualifications

• Associates degree in technical field is required.
• 5 years’ directly related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and directly related technical experience.
• Bachelor’s degree may be substituted for some experience as deemed appropriate.
