Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
- 4+ years providing support across Linux/Windows/macOS architectures.
- Experience with supporting Video Conference Systems (Google Meet, Logitech Room Systems).
- SaaS/Cloud experience (Google Workspace, Slack, 1Password, SSO).
- Understanding of system and application integration, plus automation engineering.
- Willingness to work off-hours for maintenance and projects.
- Periodic travel to other offices to support staff.
Responsibilities
- Helpdesk & End-User Support: Tier 1–2 support for hardware, software, and SaaS apps; diagnose and resolve issues on laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and peripherals; support Windows, macOS, and Linux; document issues and resolutions.
