Job summary

Site Impact is seeking a Lead Systems Administrator to own the day‑to‑day IT operations for a fast‑growing marketing tech environment in Coral Springs, FL. You will run helpdesk and endpoint support, manage core productivity platforms, and coordinate with vendors to keep systems reliable and secure.

The role requires 4–6 years of hands‑on IT experience, strong Google Workspace and GCP skills, and a proven ability to communicate clearly with non‑technical staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 4–6 years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or similar hands‑on IT role.
• Strong working knowledge of Google Workspace and Slack administration with independent user management.
• Solid understanding of Google Cloud Platform, IAM, resource monitoring, and infrastructure.
• Solid understanding of office networking fundamentals (Wi‑Fi, VLANs, VPN, DNS).
• Experience with endpoint management across macOS and Windows.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues efficiently.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with non‑technical employees.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first escalation point for IT support requests across the organization.
• Administer and support Google Workspace, Slack, and Microsoft 365.
• Manage Google Cloud Platform IAM, project oversight, and resource monitoring.
• Maintain office network infrastructure including switches, Wi‑Fi, VPN, and printers.
• Maintain hardware/software asset inventory and lifecycle management.
• Facilitate onboarding/offboarding and device provisioning.
• Support AI-assisted workplace tools like Claude and Gemini usage.
• Coordinate with vendors/service providers for daily operations and renewals.
• Enforce IT security policies including endpoint protection and patching.
• Maintain IT process docs and assist with disaster recovery planning.
