Job summary

PayJoy, Inc is seeking an IT Specialist to support and enhance our IT infrastructure, cloud services, and end-user experience. The role blends hands-on helpdesk support with network administration, cloud operations, and IT asset management to ensure secure, reliable systems across the organization.

The ideal candidate will provide Tier 1–2 support for hardware and software, manage cloud platforms and SaaS apps, and assist with security and compliance. Some travel to other offices may be required.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
4+ years of Linux/Windows/macOS support experience.
Experience supporting video conference systems (Google Meet, Logitech Room Systems).
SaaS/Cloud experience (Google Workspace, Slack, 1Password, SSO).
Understanding of system and application integration; automation concepts.

Responsibilities

Provide Tier 1–2 technical support for hardware, software, and SaaS apps.
Diagnose and resolve issues on laptops, desktops, and mobile devices; peripherals.
Support Windows, macOS, and Linux; maintain productivity tools.
Document issues, resolutions, and procedures in the ticketing system.
Manage cloud platforms, user access, IAM, backups, monitoring, and security best practices.
