Job summary

GoodWork Staffing seeks an IT Generalist to provide hands-on technical support across our client organizations. This full-time role includes day-to-day help desk tasks, equipment setup and lifecycle management, on-site troubleshooting, and IT reporting.

The ideal candidate will have an Associate's degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience), 1–2 years in IT support, strong Windows and networking skills, and familiarity with Google Workspace and Sage X3.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent hands-on experience.
• 1–2 years of experience in a help desk or IT support role preferred.
• Working knowledge of Windows and general networking/troubleshooting fundamentals; exposure to Linux a plus.
• Experience with or exposure to Google Workspace.
• Experience with or exposure to Sage X3 preferred, basic Sage X3 troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-time hands-on technical support across the company.
• Handle day-to-day help desk needs and IT reporting.
• Equipment setup and lifecycle management; on-site troubleshooting.
• Move throughout facility departments to assist users as needed.
