Job summary

Intelligent Technical Solutions seeks a System Administrator to provide both on-site and remote IT support, handling workstation, server, and network issues to maintain high service standards.

You will troubleshoot Windows and Mac environments, manage Server 2016–2025, VMware/Hyper-V virtualization, and MS 365/Azure, with 3+ years in IT support. Valid driver's license is required for client visits.

Qualifications

• Experience with Windows and Mac OS troubleshooting.
• Experience with Server 2016 through 2025.
• Experience with VMWare and Hyper-V Virtualization.
• Experience supporting MS 365 and Azure.
• Minimum of three years experience in IT Support or a similar role.

Responsibilities

• Workstation OS issues of any kind.
• Printer issues of any kind.
• Office suite and common business apps issues.
• Line-of-business apps issues (SAGE ERP, QuickBooks) and niche apps with vendor help.
• Server issues of any kind.
• Basic to intermediate networking issues.
• Act as escalation point for technicians.
• Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours and weekend support.
