Intelligent Technical Solutions in Dallas, TX, is seeking a System Administrator to join our IT team. This role blends on-site and remote support, ensuring clients receive reliable, hands-on technical assistance.

You will troubleshoot Windows and Mac OS, server issues (2016–2025), virtualization (VMware/Hyper‑V), M365/Azure, Active Directory, and common business apps, while assisting with network basics. A minimum of three years in IT support, a valid driver's license, and excellent customer

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in IT support or a similar role.
• Experience with Windows and Mac OS troubleshooting.
• Experience with Server 2016–2025.
• Experience with VMWare and Hyper-V virtualization.
• Experience supporting M365 and Azure.
• Basic knowledge of firewalls, switches, and network troubleshooting.
• Experience with MSPs is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Resolve workstation OS issues and printer problems with minimal guidance.
• Troubleshoot standard business applications (Office, etc.).
• Handle line-of-business apps (SAGE ERP, QuickBooks) with vendor support.
• Address server issues and basic network problems.
• Escalate as needed and support on-call rotations.
• Provide onsite or remote IT support to clients.
