Qualifications

• Minimum of three years experience in IT Support or a similar role.
• Proficient in supporting various business applications.
• Valid driver's license and vehicle access required.

Responsibilities

• Resolve workstation operating system issues of any kind.
• Handle printer and business application issues.
• Provide after-hours and weekend support.

Skills

Windows and Mac OS troubleshooting

Experience with Server 2016 through 2025

VMWare and Hyper V Virtualization

Supporting M365 and Azure

Basic knowledge of Firewalls and Networking

Experience with Managed Service Providers (MSPs)
