Job summary

The 20 LLC is seeking a System Administrator to maintain and improve IT infrastructure for internal teams and client environments across our MSP platform. You will ensure system reliability, security, and performance while collaborating with engineers and project teams.

Responsibilities include managing Active Directory, Azure AD, M365, virtualization, and networking, with occasional on-site client support traveling as needed. Strong documentation and strategic mindset are valued.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent experience in IT
• 4–6 years IT administration experience
• Certifications in Microsoft or networking are a plus
• Experience with virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V)
• Strong knowledge of systems, networking software, hardware, and protocols
• Experience with scripting and automation tools
• Proven ability to develop IT strategy and plans
• Knowledge of security, storage, data protection, and disaster recovery practices

Responsibilities

• Maintain, configure, and operate computer systems, networks, servers, and equipment
• Install and upgrade software and components
• Troubleshoot hardware/software issues and document resolutions
• Provide documentation and technical specs for planning upgrades
• Lead desktop and helpdesk support with minimal disruption
• Travel onsite to client locations when needed to provide hands-on support
