Job summary

Intelligent Technical Solutions is seeking a System Administrator to provide both on-site and remote IT support. You will handle system updates, troubleshooting, and maintenance to uphold high service standards.

The role requires three+ years in IT support, experience with Windows/macOS, Server 2016–2025, VMware/Hyper-V, and Azure, plus M365 administration. A valid driver's license and ability to visit client sites are needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years experience in IT Support or a similar role.
• Experience with Windows and Mac OS troubleshooting.
• Experience with Server 2016 through 2025.
• Experience with VMWare and Hyper-V Virtualization.
• Experience supporting Azure.
• Proficient in Microsoft Entra Admin Center.
• Basic knowledge of Firewalls, Switches, Network architecture, and troubleshooting.
• Proficient in supporting MS Office, Active Directory, backup software, endpoint cybersecurity, mobile devices, and various business applications.

Responsibilities

• Resolve workstation operating system issues with minimal assistance.
• Resolve printer issues and standard business application issues.
• Troubleshoot line-of-business applications and vendor-supported niche apps.
• Handle M365 administration tasks and server issues.
• Address basic and intermediate networking issues.
• Serve as escalation point for technicians.
• Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours and weekend support for onsite and remote operations.
