Intelligent Technical Solutions is seeking a collaborative Technician II to deliver both onsite and remote IT support for clients. You will troubleshoot workstation OS, printer, and business application issues while maintaining high service standards.

The role emphasizes customer service, problem-solving, and a detail-oriented mindset with participation in after-hours/on-call support as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years in Helpdesk support or a similar role.
• Experience with Windows and Mac OS troubleshooting.
• Willing to work full-time on-site.
• Valid driver\'s license and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Resolve workstation OS issues of any kind.
• Address printer issues of any kind.
• Troubleshoot standard business applications (Office, etc.).
• Handle line-of-business apps (SAGE ERP, QuickBooks) and niche apps with vendor help.
• Troubleshoot basic server issues.
• Resolve basic networking issues.
• Answer incoming Quick Fix calls from clients.
• Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours and weekend support.
