Atlas Technica LLC is seeking an Intern Trainee to learn IT support within our MSP environment in New York, onsite. The program emphasizes hands-on training, customer service, and professional development under experienced mentors.

During the 90‑day program, you will gain experience supporting users, troubleshooting issues, and documenting requests in our ticketing system, with potential progression toward a Junior Systems Engineer role based on performance.

Qualifications

• Approximately 6–12 months of IT support experience.
• Completion of CompTIA A+ or comparable foundational technical knowledge.
• Strong customer-service skills, including clear communication and follow-through.
• Demonstrated ability and willingness to learn new technologies and troubleshooting approaches.
• Ability to work full-time onsite in New York, NY and travel to client locations as required.

Responsibilities

• Participate actively in structured technical training and hands-on learning opportunities.
• Learn to provide basic IT support and technical assistance to Atlas Technica clients and users.
• Develop troubleshooting skills used to identify, diagnose, and resolve common IT issues.
• Learn to manage and document support requests using the organization’s ticketing system.
• Provide support to users remotely and onsite under the guidance of experienced technical team members.
• Learn and apply Atlas Technica’s standards, procedures, and change-control requirements.
• Develop familiarity with Microsoft technologies, networking fundamentals, and systems administration.
• Demonstrate growth through feedback, coaching, and professional follow-through.
• Work collaboratively with Systems Engineers and Client Technology Managers.
• Maintain a professional, customer-focused approach when interacting with clients and colleagues.
