The position collaborates with Systems Engineers and Senior Engineers, supporting client users and infrastructure while contributing to a fast-paced, professional environment focused on service delivery.

Qualifications

• At least one year of professional IT experience in desktop support, systems engineering, systems administration, or a related technical support function.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite and remote IT support to client users.
• Troubleshoot and resolve desktop, software, hardware, mobile device, and connectivity issues.
• Use a ticketing system to document, manage, and resolve support requests.
• Escalate technical issues to Systems Engineers or Senior Systems Engineers when appropriate.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date technical documentation.
• Follow organizational policies, procedures, and client-specific guidelines.
• Adhere to established change-control procedures.
• Support client users and infrastructure across New York City, Stamford, and Greenwich as needed.
