Zusammenfassung

Atlas Technica LLC in New York, NY is seeking a Technical Talent Development Specialist to cultivate early-career tech talent within our IT support and systems engineering teams. You will blend technical credibility with coaching to help interns grow foundational engineering skills while delivering high-quality service.

You will coach interns, monitor ticket activity, guide performance, and help build scalable training resources.

Qualifikationen

2+ years in IT support, systems engineering, service delivery, or similar technical environment.
Strong troubleshooting with ticket management and service quality.
Experience coaching interns or early-career engineers.
Windows endpoint administration, Microsoft 365, Outlook, Microsoft Office applications, Microsoft Intune.
Identity, access, and account administration concepts.
Foundational knowledge of networking and remote connectivity (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN).
Ability to evaluate technical work quality and provide actionable feedback.
Strong written and verbal communication for developing engineers.
Organizational skills, ownership, and follow-through in a fast-moving service environment.
Ability to balance technical troubleshooting, coaching, performance observation, documentation, and priorities.

Aufgaben

Provide day-to-day technical coaching and guidance to Intern Trainees and Interns.
Monitor ticket activity and service-board work to reinforce standards and ownership.
Track development and readiness throughout the internship program.
Review technical work and provide practical, timely feedback.
Handle or route technical escalations as coaching opportunities.
Deliver individual and group coaching sessions on troubleshooting and service quality.
Partner with the Team Lead, Talent Development to execute development frameworks.
Identify recurring skill gaps and improve training resources.
Develop and maintain technical training resources and exercises.
Translate internship practices into repeatable onboarding approaches.
