Job summary

Seattle Rep in Seattle, WA, is seeking an I.T. Helpdesk Technician to join our on-site team. You will diagnose and resolve computer issues, support a mixed Windows/Microsoft 365 environment, and help safeguard our network.

The role emphasizes timely, user-friendly service and collaboration with Finance, HR, and Facilities across two theaters, with scheduling aligned to performance calendars and events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 2–4 years of hands-on desktop support experience.
• Experience supporting Windows and Mac endpoints.
• Experience administering Microsoft 365 environments.
• Familiarity with Windows Server and Active Directory.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity/antivirus solutions and best practices.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.

Responsibilities

• Resolve IT issues and requests for staff with in-person and remote support.
• Maintain device inventory and perform routine maintenance tasks.
• Manage user accounts, security settings, and access across hybrid systems.
• Provide staff training and clear guidance on technology usage.
• Support business apps (e.g., Tessitura CRM, Zoom, Adobe, DocuSign, RingCentral, Square POS).
• Assist with cybersecurity posture, incident response, and awareness training.
