Job summary

Intelligent Technical Solutions in Olympia, WA is seeking a Technician I to deliver onsite and remote IT support to a diverse client base. You will troubleshoot workstation issues, manage software installs, and ensure rapid remediation of incidents.

You’ll work with Windows and Mac OS, support Office 365, Active Directory, and common business apps, and coordinate with MSPs as needed. A valid driver's license is required for client visits.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Helpdesk or similar role.
• Proficient in troubleshooting, PC deployments/imaging, and user profile management.
• Experience supporting Office 365, MS Office, Adobe, Active Directory, and backup software.
• Experience with MSPs is desirable.
• Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle for client visits.

Responsibilities

• Resolve workstation OS issues of any kind.
• Troubleshoot printer issues.
• Troubleshoot standard business applications.
• Troubleshoot line-of-business apps (SAGE ERP, QuickBooks) with vendor assistance.
• Perform basic networking troubleshooting for desktop connectivity.
• Answer incoming Quick Fix calls from clients.
