Seitel Systems is seeking a Service Desk Technician to provide Tier 1 and 2 IT support to clients across a mix of environments, including Microsoft stack with Azure, M365, InTune and Defender. Qualifications

• Solid work ethic and self-starter attitude to solve problems for Clients
• Clear communication with technical and non-technical audiences
• Active participation in using the Three Ways philosophy to continuously improve services

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with teammates to resolve problems quickly and document thoroughly
• Mentor teammates on emerging technologies and improvements to service delivery
• Tackle everyday tech issues and more involved troubleshooting to keep Clients productive
