Job summary

Talentify in Portland, Oregon is seeking an IT Help Desk team member to provide front-line support for staff in both office and warehouse environments. The role covers ticket-based resolution, Windows OS troubleshooting, and basic network issues, with hands-on help for deployments and upgrades.

You will collaborate with a team to support Azure AD, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and related technologies, while documenting processes and maintaining equipment inventories for ongoing reliability.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in technical support or service desk roles
• Experience supporting enterprise-class systems and networks

Responsibilities

• Provide 1st-level IT support via ticketing, email, and phone
• Support/maintain on-premises and cloud-based systems (Azure AD, M365, SharePoint)
• Troubleshoot Windows OS and basic network issues; assist with device deployment and upgrades
• Create and maintain technical documentation for deployed technologies
• Assist with Citrix environments and Mitel VOIP systems
• Monitor systems, generate reports on performance and uptime
