Systems Solutions in Paducah, KY seeks an IT Support Specialist to provide Level 1–2 remote and onsite technical support for clients. The role includes ticketing, documentation, and collaboration with a team to resolve issues efficiently.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in IT help desk or desktop support or equivalent education
• Experience troubleshooting Microsoft platforms (Office 365, AD, Windows)
• Understanding of basic networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN/WAN)
• Experience installing and maintaining peripherals (printers, scanners, etc.)
• Knowledge of standard IT security practices (virus remediation, firewalls, phishing)
• Ability to quickly learn and support business applications
• 1–3 years of customer service experience

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 remote and onsite support to clients
• Maintain and update ticket backlog and client documentation
• Work effectively within a team structure to resolve issues
• Communicate progress to users and keep tickets current
• Support hardware/software installations and troubleshooting
• Keep up-to-date with industry certifications and skills
