Job summary

Molin Sioux Falls is seeking an on-site IT support specialist to serve as the primary technology contact for employees. You will deliver hands-on support, train users, and keep accurate records to drive high customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting, creating guides, and collaborating with MSP on tickets and IT projects while expanding knowledge of the client environment. Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

Associate degree in Information Technology, Business Management or related field.
2+ years IT or related experience.
Experience in Manufacturing is a plus.
Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
Strong problem-solving and customer-service skills.

Responsibilities

Provide on-site and remote technical support for end-user devices, business applications, and connectivity; escalate when appropriate.
Respond promptly to requests, troubleshoot hardware/software issues, and document outcomes in the ticketing system with clear next steps.
Identify recurring issues and recommend improvements to enhance reliability and user experience.
Maintain documentation (asset details, configurations, site specifics) and keep it current.
Create and update user-friendly guides and knowledge articles to reduce incidents and improve self-service.
Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical users.
Work with MSP on tickets and IT projects as needed.
Maintain current technical knowledge and expand skills relevant to the client environment.
