TAK Broadband, LLC in Sioux Falls, SD is seeking an IT Help Desk Technician to resolve a wide range of end-user issues and contribute to daily IT operations. This role builds on foundational support and requires responsibility in user administration, hardware lifecycle management, and moderate troubleshooting.

This is NOT a remote role. Must be located in Sioux Falls, SD. US citizenship or green card required. Compensation is $20–$26 per hour, DOE, with full benefits and 401(k).

Formación

• 1-3 years of IT help desk or desktop support experience.
• Strong Windows 11 troubleshooting and Microsoft 365 skills.
• Familiarity with enterprise collaboration platforms and basic networking.

Responsabilidades

• Provide second-level support for hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Perform laptop/desktop repair, imaging, and advanced builds.
• Manage user setup, onboarding, and procurement assistance.
• Administer and support enterprise cloud productivity and email platforms.
• Troubleshoot network connectivity for users.
• Handle mobile device enrollment and troubleshooting for iOS/Android.
