Qualifications

• Three (3) years of IT-related experience in IT technical support.

• Experience troubleshooting LAN, Wi-Fi, printers, and IP-based devices.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical support to users at DVS Exam and Service sites, mainly in the Northwest Region.
• Deliver onsite and remote support through request fulfillment, troubleshooting, and issue resolution involving laptops, desktops, kiosks, peripherals, software, MNIT, DVS, and vendor solutions.
