Job summary

Intelligent Technical Solutions is seeking a Technician II to deliver onsite and remote IT support with a customer-first approach. You will resolve OS, printer, and business app issues while guiding clients through troubleshooting steps.

The role requires hands-on experience with MSP environments, M365, AD, and common business apps like SAGE ERP and QuickBooks. On-call rotations and travel to client sites may be needed.

Qualifications

• Two years in Helpdesk support or a similar role.
• Experience troubleshooting Windows and Mac OS.
• Experience with MSPs is desirable.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle for client visits.
• Active IT certifications are preferred.
• Willing to work full-time on-site.

Responsibilities

• Resolve workstation OS issues of any kind.
• Troubleshoot printer problems.
• Provide support for standard business applications.
• Handle LOB apps (SAGE ERP, QuickBooks) with vendor assistance.
• Perform basic M365 Administration.
• Address basic server issues and networking problems.
• Support mobile devices and cybersecurity tools.
• Answer incoming Quick Fix calls from clients.
• Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours/weekend support.
