Qualifications

• Associate degree in IT, business, or related field.
• 2+ years IT experience; manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Provide on-site and remote end-user support for devices and apps.
• Document issues and actions in the ticketing system with next steps.
• Maintain site asset/configuration documentation and keep it current.
• Develop how-to guides to reduce incidents and improve self-service.
• Assist MSP with tickets and IT projects.
