Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, MIS, IT, or related area.
• Three (3) years of related full-time paid experience or seven years of combined education/experience.
• Ability to exercise judgment based on organizational policies and activities.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to departments, faculty, staff, and students for basic hardware and some software maintenance.
• Collaborate with IT staff to meet needs within IT OP procedures and initiatives.
