Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or closely related discipline preferred.
• ITIL Foundations or equivalent certification.
• A+ and Network+ or equivalent certifications.
• AV certification or related credentials.
• Apple Certified Associate or equivalent hardware/software knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Supports and maintains PC, peripherals, audio-visual equipment, and non-print media assets.
• Resolves hardware/software issues for TSU areas including labs and conference spaces.
• Troubleshoots complex technical problems and provides end-user training.
• Provides phone/remote/in-person support and documents service solutions.
