Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in IT support, network administration, or application troubleshooting.
• Proficiency with diagnostic tools and remote support platforms.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site IT support and network troubleshooting across campus locations.
• Configure IPs, NAT rules, DHCP, and DNS; assist with Wi-Fi segmentation and VPN support.
• Install, configure, and repair hardware/software for faculty and staff; support AV systems for meetings and events.
• Document support actions and contribute to knowledge base; maintain network diagrams and ticket updates.
