Interlaced is seeking an IT Support Technician II in San Diego to assist end users via remote sessions, chat, phone and email. The role offers a hybrid setup with the San Diego office and client sites if local, and requires 3+ years in IT with a focus on help desk and customer support.

You’ll work 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time, Monday through Friday, with a dedicated home office and stable internet. A strong technical skill-set and good communication are essential.

Qualificações

• 3+ years in IT with focus on help desk and customer support
• Experience supporting end users remotely via chat, phone and email
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Responsabilidades

• Provide remote IT support to end users via chat, phone and email
• Assist end users and onsite visits when local to San Diego area
• Work hours 8am–5pm Pacific Time, Monday–Friday, with a hybrid office/remote setup
