HCTec, LLC is seeking an experienced IT Support Analyst II to join our team in a hybrid role. You will provide remote and on-site technical support for end-users, troubleshoot complex issues, and help maintain IT systems and policies.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in IT support, strong Windows/Mac, Office, AD, networking skills, and server/ virtualization experience. Excellent communication is required, with certifications a plus. On-call rotation and occasional client travel are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 2+ years of IT support experience.
• Strong skills in Windows and/or Mac OS, Office, Active Directory, and networks.
• Experience with server administration and virtualization technologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Certs such as A+, Network+, ITIL, MCSA, CCNA are a plus.

Responsabilités

• Provide remote and on-site IT support for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Respond to help desk requests and resolve them promptly.
• Analyze and troubleshoot complex technical problems and provide solutions.
• Install and configure hardware/software, printers, and peripherals.
• Perform routine maintenance including backups and updates.
• Manage user accounts and permissions across systems.
• Contribute to IT policies and procedures.
• Document a knowledge base of common issues and solutions.
• Assist testing and implementation of new software/hardware.
• Participate in 24/7 on-call IT support rotation.
• Travel to client locations in the local area.
