Zusammenfassung

NLACRC is seeking an IT Specialist II to provide frontline Technical Support in the SFV IT Technology group. You will troubleshoot laptops, desktops, Office, VPN and RingCentral, collaborating with the IT team on projects.

Responsibilities include maintaining tickets, researching complex issues, updating documentation, and assisting with server and network tasks. Occasional travel and on-call duties apply as needed.

Qualifikationen

• Two years college coursework in Computer Science or Business Administration preferred.
• Two years experience in a technical environment supporting a mid-market or large IT department.
• Microsoft Certifications preferred; non-profit experience a plus.

Aufgaben

• Provide technical support via phone, email, and in person.
• Resolve issues with applications, hardware, printers, VPN, RingCentral, and network access.
• Assist IT functions with special projects and post-implementation support.
• Document knowledge articles for users and team members.
• Travel between company locations as required; on-call for emergencies.
