Job summary

IDR, Inc. is seeking an IT Support Technician II to join a government or DoD site in Englewood, Colorado.

The role focuses on high-energy, customer-focused desktop support in a walk-up IT Café environment, ensuring end-user satisfaction with effective technical solutions. Responsibilities include onsite troubleshooting, resolving Tier 1–2 issues, and collaborating with the help desk while delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications
