Overview

IDR is seeking a Senior IT Systems Administrator in Westminster, CO. Our client is looking for a dedicated IT professional to support their corporate team and franchise locations. This role will be the primary desktop support resource, providing hands-on technical assistance to in-office and remote users. In addition, this individual will assist with IT infrastructure maintenance and play a key role in troubleshooting and resolving complex issues to ensure smooth IT operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on desktop support for in-office and remote users, addressing technical issues and ensuring smooth IT operations.
• Assist with IT infrastructure maintenance and troubleshooting across on-premises and cloud environments.
• Support various hardware (desktops, laptops, printers) and mobile devices as part of a cohesive IT support strategy.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in desktop support and/or system administration, with Tier 2/3 support expertise
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Google Workspace usage and administration
• 3+ years installing, configuring, and troubleshooting desktops, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices
• 3+ years of proficiency in iOS and Android mobile device management (MDM) configuration and administration
• 3+ years supporting and maintaining both on-premises and cloud-based networks and servers
• 3+ years of experience installing, configuring, maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, and decommissioning servers and network hardware/software, including routers, firewalls, and switches
