The role includes installing PCs with software, upgrading existing systems, and coordinating with vendors for service and repairs.

Responsibilities include 24x7 help-desk participation, assisting with moves, and training new users while maintaining data confidentiality and system integrity.

Qualifications

• Associate degree with additional certifications or BS in Information Technology
• 2–3 years of PC experience
• Ability to apply procedures to technical issues and demonstrate analytic thinking
• Ability to lift and move computer equipment up to 50 lbs

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to users onsite and remotely
• Install new PCs with necessary software and upgrade existing systems
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and coordinating with vendors
• Participate in 24x7 help-desk rotation
• Assist with setup and disconnect of IT equipment during office moves
